Terms of service
These terms apply to your use of Vault Safe ("the app"), a personal project developed and operated by Rajshree Pindolia, Bhuj, Kutch, Gujarat, India ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the app you agree to them.
1. The service
Vault Safe lets you store credentials, API keys, key files, app builds, links, notes and files organised by project, and back up folders from your computer to your own Google Drive. Features may change over time.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old and give a valid email address.
- Keep your account password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- Tell us promptly at support@sanchaylabs.app if you think your account has been misused.
3. Your master password
Your master password encrypts your data on your device and is never sent to us. We cannot reset it or recover data encrypted with it. If you lose it, your encrypted credentials, files and backups are permanently unreadable. Keep it somewhere safe.
4. Your content
- You own everything you store in the app. We claim no rights over it.
- You give us only the permission needed to store, sync and back it up as you direct.
- You are responsible for having the right to store what you upload, including credentials and files that belong to clients or employers.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the app to:
- store or share content that is illegal, or that you have no right to hold;
- store malware, or use the app to attack, probe or overload any system;
- access another person's account or data;
- reverse engineer the service to get around its security or limits.
6. Third-party services
The app relies on Supabase for hosting and, if you connect it, Google Drive for backups. Your use of Google Drive is also governed by Google's own terms. We are not responsible for outages or changes at these providers, or for your Google Drive storage limits.
7. Backups and availability
We work to keep the service available and your data safe, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that data will never be lost. Keep your own copies of anything critical, and check your backups by restoring a file from time to time.
8. Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the 12 months before the claim, or ₹1,000 if you paid nothing.
10. Ending your use
You can stop using the app and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, after notice where reasonable. Sections 3, 4, 8, 9 and 12 continue to apply after your account ends.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the effective date above and, for significant changes, tell you in the app or by email before they apply. Continuing to use the app after that means you accept the new terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bhuj, Kutch, Gujarat have jurisdiction over any dispute.
